What you'll be doing
- Conduct normal Welcome call for Cancer Care online/offline and other products. (Hotline team handles those special Welcome call requested by Compliance)
- Conduct normal premium reminder
- Conduct care call to VIP customers to do quality assurance our care activities (birthday gift).
- From fresh graduate to 3-year experience in Customer Service/ Call center, preferably with life insurance or services background.
- Good knowledge of telephone and computer systems so they can use call center systems efficiently.
- Good learning skills to acquire the product knowledge to answer basic questions accurately.
